1. Are your products authentic?

Yes, the products are 100% genuine and in the original manufacturer’s packaging. They are sourced directly from Fragrance Houses and Authorized Distributors.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. You can use this reference to track your package using Royal Mail’s track and trace service. In some cases, a courier may be used, and in such instances, the relevant tracking reference will be emailed to you.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@thealternativebeauty.co.uk as soon as possible within 1 hour of making the order. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the goods at your own risk to the specified return address, including your order reference.

Upon receiving your return, The Alternative Beauty will issue a refund within 3-5 working days. This timeframe starts from the date your return is received.

Delivery charges are generally non-refundable. You will only be refunded the cost of the product itself. However, there are exceptions where delivery charges will be refunded, such as in the following cases:

  1. Non-delivered item(s)
  2. Damaged/defective item(s)
  3. Incorrect item(s)

If you have requested an order cancellation, you will be refunded within 1 working day. However, it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note that the definition of “working days” for the purpose of these FAQs does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays.
